Each year the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) has two framing competitions. The first is the "PRINT" competition and the piece to be framed is voted
on by the Competition Board the year prior. It can be anything from a print, photograph, needle art or object and everyone who enters this competition frames the
same piece.
The second is the "OPEN" competition and we are free to frame whatever we want. All entries are first judged in October at the state level and First, Second, Third
and Honorable Mention can then compete at the PPFA/PMA International Convention in February. These are my competition winners.
