ACRA Computing was founded by Ron Martin and his wife Jean.  Ron is a Villa Rica native and graduate of Villa Rica High School, and is active in the Chamber of Commerce, the Villa Rica Business Alliance, the Optimist Club and Ephesus Baptist Church in Winston.

He began his career at a bank in the bookkeeping department and moved to the computer center when the work was "automated". The next thirteen years Ron spent working with computers. During this time, he served in the Army, also working in a computer center.

In 1976, Ron, with the help of his wife Jean, opened his first business, an auto repair shop, in Douglasville.  Later an Auto Parts store was added and the auto repair shop sold.  It was a return to computers in 1999 and in 2002 Ron moved “back home” to Villa Rica. 

A Print and Copy center (Nprints) was added to the services provided in 2004.  And in July 2006, the business moved to the current location at 359 W. Bankhead Hwy.   With the additional space at this location, more products and services were introduced.   Office Products and Supplies are now stocked and signs and banners are produced in-house. 

 Although the business products and services have changed through the years, customer service still remains the number one priority.
